RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Just Econom, we want our customers to shop with confidence. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and the conditions applicable to returns, exchanges and refunds.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.
1. RIGHT TO CANCEL AN ONLINE PURCHASE
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason.
For customers in Georgia:
You may notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 calendar days from the date you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
For customers in the European Union:
You may notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days from the date you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us through our Contact Us page or by email and clearly state that you wish to cancel and return your order.
Please include:
• Your full name
• Order number
• Email address used for the order
• Product(s) you wish to return
You do not need to provide a reason for exercising a statutory right of withdrawal.
2. RETURN DEADLINE
For customers in Georgia, goods should be sent back without undue delay and no later than 7 calendar days after notifying us of the withdrawal.
For customers in the European Union, goods should be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of shipment until your refund has been completed.
3. CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
Customers may inspect an item only to the extent reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, size and fit.
Returned products should, where reasonably possible, be:
• Clean
• Unwashed
• Unaltered
• Free from stains, odours, makeup, perfume or other signs of use
• Returned with original tags and packaging where available
Your statutory right of withdrawal is not automatically lost solely because packaging has been opened or original packaging is unavailable.
However, where permitted by applicable law, we may reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value resulting from handling or use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.
Items showing significant wear, washing, alteration, damage caused after delivery or other excessive handling may therefore receive a reduced refund where legally permitted.
4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
CHANGE OF MIND, SIZE OR PREFERENCE
If you return an item because you changed your mind, selected the wrong size, prefer another colour or otherwise no longer want the item, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received an incorrect item, or the product arrived damaged, defective or materially different from its description, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Where the product is legally considered non-conforming, Just Econom will provide the remedies required by applicable law and will bear reasonable return shipping costs where required.
We may request photographs or other reasonable information to help us investigate defective, damaged or incorrect items.
5. REFUND AMOUNT
For a valid statutory withdrawal, we will refund the amount paid for the returned goods.
Where required by applicable law, we will also refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original order.
If you selected a more expensive or express delivery option, the additional cost above our standard delivery charge is not refundable unless required by law.
The customer remains responsible for the direct cost of returning a change-of-mind return.
6. REFUND PROCESSING
Refunds are normally issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
We may withhold the refund until:
• We have received the returned goods; or
• You provide reliable evidence that the goods have been sent back,
whichever occurs first, where permitted by applicable law.
Once a refund has been approved, we will issue it without undue delay and within the applicable statutory deadline.
After we issue the refund, your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund in your account. This processing time is controlled by your payment provider and is outside our control.
7. EXCHANGES
We may offer exchanges subject to product availability.
For the fastest service, we may ask you to return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the replacement size, colour or style.
Any statutory rights remain unaffected.
8. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products where an exception is permitted by applicable law, including:
• Products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised
• Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons after the seal has been broken
• Other products expressly excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal by applicable law
Ordinary clothing is not automatically excluded merely because it was purchased during a sale or promotion.
9. SALE AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS
Sale, promotional and discounted products remain subject to mandatory consumer rights.
Where no mandatory statutory return right applies, additional voluntary returns for clearance or specially marked final-sale items may be restricted if this restriction was clearly disclosed before purchase.
10. DEFECTIVE GOODS AND LEGAL GUARANTEE
This Return Policy does not limit your legal rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.
If a product is defective, damaged, materially different from its description or otherwise fails to conform to the sales contract, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Consumers purchasing goods covered by EU consumer law generally have a minimum two-year legal guarantee for non-conforming goods.
Consumers in Georgia also retain the statutory rights provided under Georgian consumer protection legislation.
11. ORDERS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If the parcel or product appears damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us promptly with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the parcel and product.
We will investigate the issue and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
12. CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPPING
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible.
We will try to cancel the shipment, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment or shipping has begun.
If the order has already been shipped, the applicable return and withdrawal rules described above will apply.
13. RETURN AUTHORISATION AND RETURN ADDRESS
Before returning an item, please contact Just Econom for return instructions and the applicable return address.
Do not send products to the manufacturer, supplier or any other address unless specifically instructed by Just Econom.
Obtaining return instructions helps us identify your parcel and process your refund faster. It does not remove any statutory withdrawal right you may have.
14. LOST RETURN PARCELS
Customers are responsible for ensuring that change-of-mind returns reach the designated return address.
We strongly recommend using tracked shipping.
If a return parcel is lost before it reaches us, we may require proof of shipment before processing the refund, subject to applicable consumer law.
15. FRAUDULENT OR ABUSIVE RETURNS
Just Econom reserves the right to investigate returns where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, parcel manipulation, substitution of goods, intentional damage or return of an item different from the item purchased.
Nothing in this section limits legitimate statutory consumer rights.
