SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through Just Econom at justeconom.com.

We currently deliver orders within Georgia only. International shipping is not currently available.

1. SHIPPING AREA

Just Econom delivers throughout Georgia, including cities, towns, villages and remote locations where courier delivery is available.

2. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally prepared and handed over to the courier within 1–2 days after the order is confirmed.

Processing may take longer during weekends, public holidays, promotional periods or periods of high order volume.

3. DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times after the order has been handed over to the courier are:

Cities and towns: approximately 2–5 days.

Villages and remote locations: approximately 3–7 days.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier workload, weather conditions, incorrect delivery information, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Standard delivery to cities and towns: 10.50 GEL.

Delivery to villages and remote locations: 15.50 GEL.

Free delivery is available for qualifying orders with a total value of 195 GEL or more.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before the customer confirms the order.

Shipping rates may be updated from time to time if courier rates change. Any changes will apply only to future orders and will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

5. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient name and telephone number.

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer provided incorrect or incomplete information, additional delivery charges may apply if the parcel must be sent again.

6. COURIER DELIVERY

Orders are delivered by an independent courier service.

The courier may contact the customer using the telephone number provided during checkout to arrange or complete delivery.

Once an order has been transferred to the courier, delivery times may depend on the courier's route, workload and local delivery conditions.

7. DELIVERY DELAYS

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us.

We will assist with checking the status of the shipment with the courier service.

A delay in delivery does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

8. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive a damaged item, an incorrect item or an order that does not correspond to your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order information and, where appropriate, photographs of the item.

Eligible cases will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

9. ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been handed over to the courier, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has already been transferred to the courier, cancellation or return may be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
